I have a homework assignment due next Wednesday, and part of it is listing 20 of my positive attributes. I’m stuck at five. I know that many of you don’t know me i/r/l, and even those that do may not know me well, but any insights, observations or wild guesses will help me…

I looked on Facebook for this to help and noticed it was gone. One thing to remember if you’re stuck is to try and reverse your perspective…just because I think I’m a little OCD (negative trait) doesn’t mean I can’t also focus that into a strong attention to detail (positive trait.)

• Perspicuity. You have an amazing and clear way of explaining yourself.
• Expressiveness. See above, but for your vivid use of language.
• Strong sense of self. What you were, what you are, what you aren’t.
• Willingness to self-analyze. (Even if not all the time.)
• Independence, or a strong independent streak.
• Deep understanding of gender and gender flexibility.
• Deep understanding of sexuality—your own and in others.
